THE CHOSEN Season Three: Episodes 1 & 2 Extended in Theatres
Hey Canada! Because of You, THE CHOSEN Has Been Extended in Theatres!
The Chosen grabbed the number three position at the box office this weekend, driving an extension of the original five-day run in cinemas all the way through Dec. 1.
Fans of the TV show came out to theatres in droves and made The Chosen #3 at the US domestic box office, with a strong showing in dozens of theatres across Canada. Due to overwhelming demand, Fathom Events and their exhibition partners are extending The Chosen Season 3: Episode1 & 2 through December 1, 2022.
Angel Studios launched The Chosen through Fathom Events on Nov. 18. The opening release was set to show at least ten times per theatre over five days in more than 2,000 movie theatres globally, including theatres across Canada, with extended runs through Dec. 1 possible.
