An Upcoming Faith Film You Might Have Missed
There are a lot of faith and family movies being announced these days. Some get a big splashy announcement, while others quietly pop up and then slip under the radar.
That’s kind of what happened with Adventures in Odyssey: Journey into the Impossible.
If you’re an Odyssey fan, you may have heard about it months ago when it was first announced. Or maybe this is the first time you’re hearing about it. Either way, it’s a movie we’re keeping an eye on.
Many of us grew up with Odyssey. For decades, it’s been a part of family road trips, church libraries and bedtime routines. Hours were spent imagining Whit’s End.
Well, now that World is making the jump to the big screen with its first-ever animated feature, set to make its big screen debut in 2027.
What we love about this is the Odyssey team appears to be staying true to what made it popular in the first place.
Strong characters, family relationships and stories that entertain while giving people something meaningful to talk about afterward.
That’s not always easy to pull off. But if any franchise has spent decades figuring out how to do that well, it’s Adventures in Odyssey.
Now we’re curious: What’s your favourite Odyssey memory? A favourite character? An episode? Listening on family road trips?
Let us know, so we can take a trip back down nostalgia lane together!
